    ATTORNEY – INSURANCE DEFENSE, INSURANCE COVERAGE & LITIGATION

    Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a full time New Jersey licensed attorney with 3 - 7 years’ civil litigation experience to defend a wide variety of lawsuits and claims in state and federal court and state agencies. Such matters involve the defense of complex negligence claims, employment practices, construction accidents, auto and premises liability, first and third-party insurance litigation and claims, and various claims against or involving public entities. The attorney will work in our Princeton, NJ office with flexibility for some remote work. Hill Wallack is an Equal Opportunity Employer and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply.     Qualifications:
    • Strong background in law, with specific experience in insurance defense, coverage, and litigation

    PARALEGAL – FORECLOSURE – CREDITORS’ RIGHTS – MORRISTOWN, NJ

    Hill Wallack LLP seeks a candidate with a minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in the area of foreclosure and creditors’ rights. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience including, but not limited to managing foreclosures from referral through conclusion, ordering title, obtaining payoffs, deed assignment and letter preparation, meeting sensitive deadlines and providing updates to clients. Strong administrative skills, such as accurate typing, proofreading, spelling and grammar, are necessary. Knowledge of e-filing is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Knowledge of LPS and Tempo preferred. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

    ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – BANKRUPTCY – REMOTE

    Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a full time Bankruptcy Attorney, licensed in one or more of the following, Texas, California, Georgia or Nevada with 3 - 7 years bankruptcy law experience.     Responsibilities:
    • Handle bankruptcy cases, including Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 proceedings.
    • Represent clients in court, negotiations, and creditor meetings.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
    • Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on bankruptcy matters.

    LEGAL ASSISTANT – CREDITORS’ RIGHTS & FORECLOSURE – ORLANDO, FL

    IMMEDIATE OPENING – Legal Assistant – Creditor’s Rights/Foreclosure - Hill Wallack LLP has an immediate opening for a legal assistant to provide secretarial support to the Creditor’s Rights and Foreclosure Department in their Orlando, Florida office. Creditor's rights and particularly foreclosure experience a plus.

    Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and other staff as needed. Tasks generally include drafting, responding to correspondence and updating client systems. The position requires substantial coordination with other legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys in multi-disciplinary team environment. This individual must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.

    The qualified Legal Secretary will be a team player who can manage independent projects in a deadline-driven environment while utilizing strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be willing to work in the Orlando, Florida office, with the opportunity of some remote work after 90 days.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently and accurately updating the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all clients’ systems. Processing mail, filling/scanning, Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction. Drafting and proofreading legal documents as required. Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Providing regular and timely client status updates, as well as continual follow-up on outstanding documents and or services. Coordination with title contacts to complete outstanding tasks such as recordings and retrieval of missing documents. Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.



    PARALEGAL - FORECLOSURE – CREDITORS’ RIGHTS – NEW YORK, NY

    Hill Wallack is seeking a Paralegal for the firm's Foreclosure Department in the New York City office. Candidate should have a minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in foreclosure. This individual must have experience in representing residential mortgage servicers. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment.
